As an HR Business Partner for DPMS Inc. Julie is responsible for working as part of the management team in defining and implementing HR initiatives. With 12+ years of diverse human resources and management experience that spans start-ups and established organizations, Julie has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and benefits administration.

Liza is passionate about finding the right job for every “qualified” applicant. She enjoys helping candidates and employees grow professionally and nurturing relationships that lead to long-term, rewarding, and successful careers. Liza has over 30 years experience as an HR Professional: 20 years experience as both a Recruiter and Office Manager for a staffing company, Principal and HR Manager for a start-up electronic manufacturing company and currently working with True-Tech Corporation focusing on recruiting for all levels of employees for corporate growth and employee fulfillment. 

Liza’s consulting position with True-Tech started as a 6 month contract and has turned into a rewarding 5+ year commitment to help grow one of the leading shops in our industry from 160 employees to over 500+!

Equipped with a diverse range of practical experience and a graduate degree in Organizational Psychology, Liana is adept at developing solutions that are grounded in research and best practices, yet user-friendly and easy to implement. Her deep understanding of individual work styles and group dynamics helps teams improve communication and foster collaborative, productive work environments.

Liana currently lives in San Jose, attended college at Loyola University in Chicago and spent several years living and working in Spain, where she became fluent in Spanish and discovered an insatiable appetite for travel.
